We want you to love your Dragon Balance Chili Oil. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

  • Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused jars in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are only issued for the product price; shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@fusionroyale.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
